Human Resource Administrator

Seeking an organized, detail oriented, Human Resource Administrator to support the Human Resource department of a medical publisher.

This position will provide administrative support by posting job ads to various sites, complete reference checks and degree verifications, correspondence and general administrative duties including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and file maintenance.

The Administrator role will also support internal employee programs including, but not limited to, fundraising, corporate wellness program and employee events.

Required skills include:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision and have a sense of urgency when appropriate
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently

Must also have:

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • The willingness to learn, be flexible and open to changing priorities
  • Be energetic with a helpful demeanor
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be able to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment with a steady workload

Solid working knowledge in Outlook, Word, and Excel also required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to one to three years’ experience.

Recent grad with strong administrative skills and human resource or recruiting internship experience will also be considered.

Position is a full-time opportunity at our South Jersey office.
