Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service
The Wyanoke Group, a medical publishing company located in Thorofare, NJ, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service to join their Accounting team.
The ideal candidate will:
- process payments received via check, credit card, and wire transfers
- distribute reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- handle filing
- provide back-up phone support for Broadway Theatre of Pitman
- assist with miscellaneous accounting, data entry, and customer service tasks as well as general miscellaneous data entry tasks
Requirements and skills include:
- a high school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk
- have excellent organizing abilities with strong attention to detail as well as proficiency in numbers and figures
Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, at our southern NJ office.
Must be an independent worker. Willing to train the right individual.
The annual base salary for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
