Description

Vindico Medical Education is seeking an experienced Program Manager to execute certified continuing medical education programs. Responsibilities include:

  • faculty coordination
  • logistical planning
  • budget and timeline management
  • records maintenance
  • ensuring guidelines compliance
  • involvement in content development
  • audience generation
  • supporter reporting
  • learner communications

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for organization and time management to successfully oversee projects with overlapping timelines. As a leader in an interdepartmental project team working with expert medical professionals, he or she must have exemplary verbal and written communication skills. The ability to problem-solve under pressure is a must.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 year's of meeting/event coordination or related experience
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite namely Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat is a plus
  • Knowledge of continuing medical education and experience with web-based initiatives is preferred
  • Travel domestic, occasionally international is required frequency may range from 0-2 times per month; typically, 8-12 times per year

Ability to work a hybrid schedule at our office in southern, NJ is preferred, however remote candidates will be considered.

The annual base salary for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
