Vindico Medical Education to Present Poster at AHA Scientific Sessions 2026
November 2, 2026
Thorofare, NJ – Vindico Medical Education, a Wyanoke Group company, is pleased to announce that poster, “Closing Gaps in the Care of Patients with Severe Hypertriglyceridemia or Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome Through Continuing Education,” authored by Hannah Collier, Esq; Stephanie Johnson, PhD; Alex Pilote, PhD; and Katie Robinson, PhD, will be presented at AHA Scientific Sessions 2026.
The poster presents findings from a live continuing education symposium, supported by an educational grant from Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., that used the CME Situation Room model. In this model, attendees worked through real-world cases of familial chylomicronemia syndrome (FCS) and multifactorial severe hypertriglyceridemia (sHTG) alongside experts, making key patient-management decisions together. The education increased familiarity with clinical data on a recently approved ApoC-III inhibitor, knowledge of FCS diagnosis, and confidence in optimizing treatment for patients with FCS.
“This poster highlights the benefits of case-based CE as an important tool for promoting the use of evidence-aligned care,” says Katie Robinson, PhD.
Hannah Collier, Esq, will present the poster at AHA Scientific Sessions on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 10:45 AM CT.
