Healio Strategic Solutions Names Matt Dechen Chief Commercial Officer

[Thorofare, NJ] February 2026 – Healio Strategic Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Dechen to the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In his new role, Dechen will oversee Healio’s full commercial strategy, aligning sales, deep engagement, custom solutions, and cross-functional development to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
Having joined the organization in October 2005, this promotion also aligns with Dechen’s 20-year anniversary with Healio.

Most recently, Dechen served as Healio’s Senior Vice President, Deep Engagement and Custom Solutions, leveraging his expertise to build scalable, high-value custom programs for life sciences partners while also overseeing the contracting and development teams that power the company’s data-driven solutions.
