July 1, 2026

Thorofare, NJ – Vindico Medical Education, A Wyanoke Company, is excited to announce their APEX® Grand Award win in the category of Electronic Media for the “Expert Weigh-In Podcast Series.”

The APEX Awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content, and the ability to achieve overall communications merit. APEX Grand Awards honor the outstanding works in each main category, with only 10% of entries chosen to receive this top honor.

The “Expert Weigh-In Podcast Series” brings accredited education to clinicians through engaging, expert-led conversations. Throughout the series, Dr. Robert F. Kushner is joined by Drs. Knight, Aronne, Ryan, VanWagner, Ard, and Garvey to identify the challenges associated with obesity and weight management while offering strategies to overcome these challenges. Listen here.

APEX Awards Inc. noted that they valued the rigor and the build of each episode as a complete activity with pre- and post-tests, provider and patient resources, and CME credit. They valued the conversational format, noting that it keeps dense material accessible, and called it “substantive, timely work.”

Katie Robinson, PhD, CHCP, notes, “Podcasts are becoming an increasingly popular outlet for medical education as they easily fit into the busy lives of practicing clinicians. In the rapidly-evolving landscape of obesity medications, this education is both timely and convenient.”

This podcast is made possible by the efforts of Vindico team members Kelly Cogan; Hannah Collier, Esq.; Jennifer Frederick PharmD, BCPS; Sasha Persaud, PharmD, and Katie Robinson, PhD.
