Vindico Medical Education Receives Best in Class Award from Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions

Thorofare, NJ – Vindico Medical Education, a Wyanoke Group company, was selected to receive the overall Best in Class Outcomes Award by the Alliance Industry Summit Planning Committee of the Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions for the submission titled Integrating Corrective Mentoring in Continuing Education for Improved Skill Acquisition.

The Best in Class Award recognizes outstanding delivery of innovative CE and analysis of outcomes that result in improvements in patient care and/or behavior change. Vindico’s submission highlighted the integration of corrective mentoring into decision-based CE to improve skill acquisition, objectively measure performance change, and identify drivers of clinical decision-making.

The CE activity, in partnership with Syandus, Inc., included 4 clinical simulations pertaining to the management of patients with type 2 diabetes.

“Vindico is thrilled to receive the competitive Best in Class Outcomes Award this year. The award represents our commitment to provide evidence-based content designed to encourage practice improvements as well as our commitment to analyze and present our work to the broader clinical and CEhp communities,” said Rob Esgro, Chief Operating Officer, Vindico Medical Education.

The findings from this study will also be presented by Katie Robinson, PhD, CHCP, Senior Director, Outcomes and Analytics, Vindico Medical Education, at the American Diabetes Association Annual Meeting on June 6, 2022.
