Wyanoke Leadership Changes Provide Stability and Growth for Future

November 9, 2022

Thorofare, NJ – The Wyanoke Group announced changes to its senior leadership teams today. All changes are effective April 15, 2023.

“We have been in a period of rapid growth,” said Wyanoke CEO and President Peter Slack. “These changes are part of a plan designed to facilitate the continued near- and long-term expansion of our business.”

For Wyanoke, Slack will become Chairman of the Board and CEO, and will install a new slate of Board Members.

John C. Carter will become Chief Strategy Officer, Wyanoke, with responsibility for guiding the company’s short- and long-term strategic development and change management initiatives. Carter is currently Wyanoke Chief Operating Officer. Carter reports to Slack.

Changes will also take place at Healio, a Wyanoke Group company. In 2021, Healio successfully introduced its new Three Pillars structure, reorganizing into Audience, Customer, and Product operating units.

Matt Holland will become Chief Operating Officer, Healio, with responsibility for all three pillars. Holland currently is Chief Commercial Officer of Healio’s Customer pillar, Healio Strategic Solutions. Holland will report to Carter.

Within Healio, Chief Content Officer Joan-Marie Stiglich, leads the Audience pillar. Stiglich will add Chief Strategic Alliance + KOL Officer to her title and will assume responsibility for developing alliances with medical societies, academic institutions, and government agencies. Andrea Gaymon, Chief Product Officer, heads the Product pillar and will continue the rollout of Healio’s new product development pipeline, guiding new products from concept through launch. Stiglich and Gaymon will report to Holland.

For Wyanoke Group company Healio Live, Rob Esgro will become Chief Operating Officer, adding the live event and meeting services group to his current responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer, Vindico Medical Education. Esgro will report directly to Slack.

“We are fortunate to be able to put such a strong leadership team in place,” Carter said. “With these changes we are well positioned to continue on our successful trajectory for years to come.”
